Among the successful candidates for office in the primary election held in Illinois yesterday were Mitchell C. Robin, Democrat, for clerk of the Probate Court; Judge Samuel Heller, Republican, for judge of Cook County Court, and Congressman A. J. Sabath, Democrat, incumbent of the fifth Congressional district.
Joseph Drucker and Jacob M. Bradue, Democrats, were nominated for judges in the Chicago Municipal Court; Archie Bernstein, Democrat, was nominated as ward committeeman for the twenty-first ward; Henry Sonnenschein, Republican, was nominated as ward committeeman for the twenty-second ward, and Alderman Jacob M. Arvey, Democrat, was nominated ward committeeman for the twenty-fourth ward.
Governor Henry Horner of Illinois came from Springfield to his Chicago home in order to cast his ballot.
