An alert bus driver, checking his vehicle at its terminal station in Bat Yam near Tel Aviv Tuesday, discovered a suspicious parcel and summoned security guards. When the parcel was opened by a police sapper it was found to contain a watch linked to explosives, forming a time-bomb due to go off shortly afterwards. Police said 13 people were detained for questioning.
