An Arizona girl won a contest to design the logo for flights carrying new immigrants from North America to Israel. Alexis Dworkin of Scottsdale was the grand-prize winner of Nefesh B Nefesh and BabagaNewz s Capture the Dream Contest, the organizations announced Friday. The contest asked middle-school students from across North America to design a logo for the plane that Nefesh B Nefesh, which works with the Jewish Agency for Israel to facilitate aliyah from North America, uses to take olim to Israel. Alexis won a 3-day, 4-night stay in Israel, and will fly to Israel on the plane decorated with her design. Runners-up were Yaakov Green and Yehuda Eklove of Thornhill, Ontario; and Arielle Tait of New Rochelle, N.Y. The winning entries can be seen at www.babaganewz.com/dreamcontestwinners.
