An army patrol exchanged fire with terrorists across the Lebanese border Wednesday morning. No casualties were reported. At least two Lebanese cars were hit during the exchange which occurred on a road skirting the border in the Zarit area. A military spokesman said a nearby Lebanese army post and a UN observer post made no effort to stop the terrorists.
