An arrest warrant was issued for a Pentagon staffer accused of giving classified information to former American Israel Public Affairs Committee officials. The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia announced the arrest warrant for Lawrence Franklin on Tuesday on charges of possessing classified documents at his home.
