An Australian tribunal refused to block the screening of a 1993 film made by Holocaust denier David Irving. The president of the Jewish Community Council of Victoria, Michael Lipshutz, asked the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal to grant an injunction preventing the screening of the film at the Melbourne Underground Film Festival this week.
