An exhibit of eight local Jewish artists is scheduled to open Sunday at one of the most prestigious museums in St. Petersburg, Russia. The participating painters, sculptors and ceramicists had been asked to create pieces inspired by that city and by Jerusalem. The exhibit will appear at the Russian Ethnography Museum for two weeks.
