An Israeli activist group is being honored by a Japanese peace foundation. The Niwano Peace Foundation announced Tuesday that it will award its 23rd annual peace prize to Rabbis for Human Rights of Israel. The group will be given a medal and the equivalent of $169,000 in a May 11 ceremony.
