An Israeli Arab student was linked to a Hamas plot to bomb a Jerusalem cafe. The suspect, a Galilee Arab who was studying for a master’s degree at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, was arrested last month for aiding a Hamas terrorist cell from Hebron, the Shin Bet announced Wednesday.
