An Israeli commander who took part in this spring’s anti-terror operation in the Jenin refuge camp reportedly warned of a possible ambush the night before 13 soldiers were killed. According to an army investigation into the incident, aerial photographs used by the Israeli army in planning its incursion were five years old, Israel Radio reported.
