An Israeli convicted of spying for Iran appealed to Israel’s High Court of Justice to overturn his 16-year sentence for treason and espionage. Nahum Manbar’s lawyer said Wednesday that investigators had not questioned a key witness, whose testimony would prove his client was wrongly convicted. Manbar was convicted of selling materials to Iran to manufacture chemical weapons.
