An Israeli court ordered that more than $4,000 in damages be paid to supporters of the outlawed right-wing Kach movement after a Jerusalem convention center canceled an agreement to let the group hold an event there. Kach supporters had planned to hold a memorial for the founder of the movement, the militantly anti-Arab Rabbi Meir Kahane.
