An Israeli human rights group is asking that Palestinians be allowed to move through Israel’s security barrier. On Sunday, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel petitioned Israel’s Supreme Court to allow Palestinians to move freely to reach agricultural supplies and medical services, the group said.
