An Israeli jailed for massacring Palestinians was involved in a deadly car crash while on furlough. Ami Popper, who was sentenced to life imprisonment for gunning down seven Palestinian laborers in 1990, was driving with his family to a vacation in Eilat on Wednesday when the accident occurred. Popper sustained moderate injuries; his wife and young son were killed.
