An Israeli judge refused to let slain Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin’s assassin out of jail to attend his sister’s wedding. The judge said the presence of Yigal Amir and his brother, Hagai, who was jailed as a conspirator, could create a security threat at next week’s wedding.
