An Israeli legislator who voted twice on an economic reform bill thought it was OK to do so, his attorney said. A lawyer for first-term legislator Michael Gorlovsky of the Likud Party said the fact that veteran lawmakers were doing the same thing made him think it was legitimate, Israel Radio reported.
