An Israeli living in South Africa sued his neighbor over a swastika painted on a fence. Yaron Fishman said Gerald Barkhuizen painted the swastika and other anti-Semitic scrawls on the fence after a dispute last month over a dog kennel near Fishman’s property, the Jerusalem Post reported.
