The Kassam rocket hit a Sderot factory Tuesday, a half-mile from the convoy of visiting United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights Louise Arbour. Arbour traveled to the factory, where Israelis pelted her with stones and accused her of anti-Israel bias.
