An Israeli organization that provides equipment and services to the disabled will advise the Uzbek government on opening a similar center in the former Soviet republic. The agreement was signed between Yad Sarah and the government of Uzbekistan following a visit by Israeli experts to Tashkent and one by the Uzbek ambassador to Yad Sarah’s Jerusalem headquarters, the Jerusalem Post reported.
