An Israeli settler was charged with preparing a bomb for an attack against an Arab girls school in eastern Jerusalem. Amior Tsuriel, 23, was charged in the Jerusalem district court on Thursday. He is accused of aiding in attempted murder. Last year, Israeli police captured members of an alleged Jewish terror cell that planted a booby-trapped wagon next to a school.
