An Israeli university may fire a rabbi who claimed that Shimon Peres bore moral responsibility for the Sept. 11 attacks. The Technion is considering making the move after its rabbi, Eliyahu Zeini, wrote on the Web site of a right-wing radio station that Israel’s foreign minister had legitimized terror by meeting with Yasser Arafat, the “teacher and the rabbi of the murderer bin Laden,” according to Israeli media reports.
