An Israeli wounded in a Palestinian terrorist massacre in 1974 plans to sue Palestinian Authority President Yasser Arafat in the International War Crimes Tribunal at The Hague. Haim Asulin told the Israeli daily Yediot Achronot that if Belgian courts can consider bringing charges against Prime Minister Ariel Sharon in connection with the 1982 Sabra and Shatila massacre in Lebanon, “then certainly a suit can be filed against the murderer of Jews, Arafat.”
