* An off-Broadway play about a pro-Palestinian activist will open in New York. “My Name Is Rachel Corrie” will begin a monthlong run at the Minetta Lane Theater on Oct. 15. The play was set to open at another New York theater in March but was delayed after concerns from the Jewish community. Corrie was run over and killed by an Israeli bulldozer as she tried to prevent it from searching for Palestinian arms-smuggling tunnels in the Gaza Strip in 2003.
