An Ohio judge reversed himself on a school voucher program, allowing most students to use the vouchers to attend private school this year. U.S. District Judge Solomon Oliver Jr. said the Cleveland-area students who participated in the program last year could receive the grants of up to $2,500 to attend parochial or private schools of their choice until a final settlement is reached.
