An opera about a Palestinian terrorist hijacking will debut in Italy. “The Death of Klinghoffer” retells the killing of American Jewish passenger Leon Klinghoffer during the 1984 hijacking of the Italian cruise ship Achille Lauro. The opera will be performed Jan. 20 and 22 in Ferrara and Jan. 25 and 27 in Modena.
