An unannounced and public call-up of the Israeli reserve forces will occur here soon in an effort to train the reserve forces and to study the system itself, an army spokesman disclosed Tuesday. The call-up, which will use code names that represent certain units, will be made on radio and television. The exercise will involve several thousand soldiers as well as reserve transportation units. As soon as a soldier hears the name of his unit, he must report to the specific assembly point.
