An uncensored report which reached here Monday evening expressed grave fears concerning the safety of the Jewish population in Tel Aviv, the all-Jewish city of Palestine. A mass attack on the city was started by an Arab mob from the neighboring city of Jaffa, while the report was being despatched.

British troops have been hurriedly rushed to Tel Aviv. The British battleship Barham is expected to arrive at Jaffa not before Tuesday morning. If a massacre is prevented during the night, the marines of the Barham are expected to have a chance to restore order.
