A ROUND-TABLE CONFERENCE OF INTERESTED PARTIES TO WORK OUT AN ADMINISTRATION FOR ALL OF PALESTINE SUCH AS THE ROYAL COMMISSION PROPOSED FOR JERUSALEM WAS SUGGESTED SUNDAY BY CHARLES T. BRIDGEMAN, ANGLICAN CANON OF JERUSALEM, IN A SERMON AT THE CATHEDRAL OF ST. JOHN THE DIVINE.

CANON BRIDGEMAN, WHO WILL SAIL JAN. 4 TO RESUME HIS WORK IN JERUSALEM, PROPOSED THAT THE LEAGUE OF NATIONS, GREAT BRITAIN, THE ZIONIST ORGANIZATION AND THE ARAB KINGS, AIDED BY COUNSELORS REPRESENTING CHRISTIANS, JEWS AND MOSLEMS, PARTICIPATE IN THE CONFERENCE.

THE ROYAL COMMISSION PROPOSES AN INTERNATIONAL ADMINISTRATION IN JERUSALEM FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL THREE FAITHS AND IS READY TO TURN OVER MOST OF PALESTINE FOR “UNNATURAL DIVISION,” CANON BRIDGEMAN SAID, BUT “WHAT APPLIES TO THE HOLY CITY APPLIES AS WELL TO THE WHOLE LAND.”
