Announcement was made here today that the local members of the Friends of New Germany will celebrate Hitler’s birthday with a rally Friday night in Old Town Hall, thirty-eight street and Palisade avenue. Karl Basedow will discuss Hitler’s life and the principal guest speaker will be Fritz Gissibl, of New York.
