(Another change made by Mr. Ben Gurion was the deletion of a statement to the effect that Jewish engineers in the United States, unless they were geniuses would not find it easy to obtain employment in non-Jewish firms. Mr. Ben Gurion substituted a statement to the effect that there were “objective reasons” why American Jewish technicians would come to Israel; the Times report states.)

Dr. Emanuel Neumann, American member of the Jewish Agency executive, today visited Premier Ben Gurion and discussed with him problems concerning the relationship between the Israel Government and the Zionist Organization of America. They also discussed the projected special status for the Jewish Agency. The meeting lasted 90 minutes.
