Another group of 70 Jewish migrants from Lithuania have just passed through Moscow on their way to Bureya. The entire group comes from the township of Anikst. They will work in Bureya in the forests and on house-building. Most of them are young people of good physique.
About a hundred Jewish transmigrants have also passed through Moscow during this month on their way to Bureya from various towns in the Soviet Union, and several more groups have gone direct to Bureya without touching Moscow. The Central Administration of the Ozet in Moscow also claims to have received a report that 14 Jews have left Los Angeles, in California, for Bureya, by way of Japan. All of them are stated to be building workers ready to become permanent residents in Bureya.
