Sir Philip Sassoon (Conservative), who was Under-Secretary of State for Air in the last Conservative Government and also in the first National Government, has been reappointed to the same position in the new Government.
Mr. Leslie Hore-Belisha, the Chairman of the Executive of the Liberal National Party (Simonites), who took the leading part in the formation of the Party, has been appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Board of Trade.
