Dr. Stephen S. Wise in an address last night urged the British Government to answer Arab disorders by increasing Jewish immigration into Palestine in the next five to ten years and facilitating execution of the Palestine mandate.

He received an ovation on conclusion of an address at a mass-meeting in the Shoreditch town hall.

Rabbi Wise attacked what he called discrepancies between Whitehall statements and the actions of subordinate officials in Palestine. He expressed confidence in the present Zionist leadership.
