A resolution calling for the combatting of “the menace of Communism to the constant development of American democracy and the security of the Jewish community” was adopted here today at the conclusion of the two-day session of the national committee of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith.
The resolution was adopted following the submission of two reports which called for a fight on Communism on the basis of the fact that “the fate of the Jewish community is inextricably bound up with the fate of democracy.” A subcommittee was formed to work out the details of a program based on this resolution.
