Celebrating the 128th anniversary of its revolution, Argentina yesterday repudiated Fascism and other forms of ideological dictatorship and strongly demanded a complete return of the democratic and republican form of government, according to a New York Times dispatch from Buenos Aires. Several thousand students last night marched with torches to the Plaza of the Republic, chanting, “Democracy, yes! Fascism, no!”
