The approach of the Easter festival has been seized on by the National Democratic press and agitators to renew their anti-Jewish boycott agitation. The entire National Democratic press publishes an official proclamation issued by the headquarters of the National Democratic organisation which says:

In the present time of crisis every Pole must remember that not one groschen is to fall into the hands of aliens who live among us, and become rich at our expense. Every groschen which goes into the pockets of the Jews is taken from the Polish worker, artisan and merchant. The Jewish question in Poland is coming to a head. There is a new generation in Poland which realises the importance of the Jewish question, and how essential it is for Poland and the Polish people to liberate themselves from Jewish influence in every sphere of activity. The motto for every Pole must be – “Buy only from Christians”.
