Anti-nazi Drive Summons Picket Line for Macy’s

Prosecuting the anti-Nazi boycott on two fronts,organizations are planning a drive on department stores continuing to buy and sell goods made in Germany.Under the auspices of the United Labor Zionist Movement, picketing will be resumed in front of Macy’s Department Store to morrow at 1p.m.

The Socialist Party which conducted a demonstration,protesting Macy’s handling of German goods last Saturday, announnced yesterday that their picketing activities will be resumed three weeks hence before other department stores,particularly bfore Gimbel’s,Saks and Wanamaker’s.Releases sent out under the subscription of the United Labor Zionist Movement bid all comrades:

“Join the picket line against R.H. Macy &Co., Saturday,Februnary 3,1934,at 1 p.m. sharp.

“In the face of organized protest on the part of Jews and non-Jews alike,who are shocked by the spectacle of Nazi hooliganism, Macy’s one of the largest Jewish-controlled concerns in this country,persists in selling goods made in Hitlerland.
