A mass trial of the Hitler regime in Germany, with witnesses of the American Inquiry Commission testifying, will take place Monday, at 8 P.M. at the St. Nicholas Arena, 69 West 66th street. New York City, under the auspices of the Anti-Nazi Federation of New York. The Mass Trial at which the audience will give its verdict on the Nazi regime takes place on the day when Ernst Thaelmann is supposed to come to trial before the “People’s Court,” which has been condemned by the American Inquiry Commission as an instrument of legalized murder.
The witnesses at the trial will include Dr. Kurt Rosenfeld, former Minister of Justice in the Prussian Cabinet, former member of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Reichstag; Aneurin Bevan, member of the English Parliament for the Labor Party; Frank Hoellering, former German editor and Maria Halberstadt, German high school teacher who was a witness at the American Inquiry Commission. Allan Taub, who participated in the American Inquiry Commission will be the prosecutor.
