All preparations have been made by the Soviet officials to repeat this year the anti-religious demonstrations of last Passover and Easter. Instructors have been sent out to the different towns to arrange for meetings and public debates for the purpose of fighting the holiday spirit, and combatting “the religious prejudice.”
Special arrangements have been made to organize an anti-religion campaign among the women. Jewish workers who have agreed to work Passover will be given three free days at any time they desire. The only exception made this year in the anti-religion campaign will be the non-holding of street demonstrations.
