William R. Lyman, of Miami, who battled police after his arrest for distributing anti-Semitic literature near Police Headquarters here, has been fined $25 on a disorderly conduct charge and sentenced to 60 days in jail for assault. On Lyman’s person were found leaflets copied from Nazi newspapers and from the publications of Rev. Gerald Winrod, Kansas Jew-baiter.
