Six Russian workers of the sugar factory in Uladovsk, district of Winnitza, were sentenced to imprisonment, having been found guilty of conducting an anti-Semitic agitation in the factory.
Wishnevsky, the leader of the agitation, was sentenced to two and one-half years, the others to smaller prison terms.
It was brought out during the proceedings that out of the 475 workers in the factory. 26 are Jews. The anti-Semites resented the entrance of Jewish workers into the industry.
