The state of Lower Sa###ony has banned as neo-Nasi a group known as the “German Community” and has confiscated a large collection of Nazi and anti-Semitic literature which were found in the group’s head quarters, it was reported here today. The group was organized after its predecessor organization, the Socialist Reich Party, had been banned as a neo-Nazi group.

A 22-year-old German chauffeur has been sentenced in Cologne to three months’ imprisonment for stating, during a restitution case involving a house acquired by the defendant’s family, that “all Jews should have been gassed and we would not now be pestered with the presence of Jewish scum.” The sentence is one of the heaviest imposed in such cases.
