Justice Dutzman of Dvinsk was sentenced to four months imprisonment on the charge of terrorizing the Jewish population.
Dutzman, who held the position of justice of the peace, exercised pressure against the Jews. Recently he attracted wide attention by mercilessly beating an old Orthodox Jew who refused to sign a document in court because it was Saturday.
