A large number of anti-Semitic pamphlets have been distributed here and in Sao Paulo recently. The pamphlets are signed with the name of a group hitherto unknown here–the Allianca Libertadora Nacionalista.
Police are carrying out an investigation to discover the printing plant and the authors of the illegal pamphlets. In addition, the Jewish Federation of Sao Paulo has offered a reward for information leading to the identification of the pamphlets’ sources.
An organization bearing the same name which operates in Argentina and which indulged in anti-Semitic activity, recently pledged to the DAIA there that it would cease all its anti-Jewish activity and propaganda.
