The Turkish Government today declared illegal the democratic Moslem Party founded by Gevat Atilban, a leading anti-Semite.
The ban was proclaimed following a court decision establishing that the Democratic Moslem Party has violated the Turkish law on associations. An order was issued today to local police authorities to close all the offices of the party which was conducting anti-Jewish propaganda.
