The accuracy of an anti-Semitic Talmud translation into the Hungarian language, made by Baron Luszensky, has come up before the Budapest Court of Appeals, in a libel case which is now pending before the court.

The court ordered that proof be produced that passages in the Talmud command Jews to commit ritual murders, whether the Talmud permits Jews to defrand non-Jews and to charge usurious rates on loans.
