The Prime Minister has asked the Presidium of the Vienna Jewish Community to visit him on Monday, in order to discuss with him the complaint made in its resolution submitted to him (reported in the J.T.A. Bulletin of the 21st. inst.) against the intention to enact a law legalising the student rights of the antisemitic German-race students’ organisation.
The Minister of Education has to-day ordered the antisemitic student organisation to withdraw its patrols, who have been engaged in policing the University (against which the Jewish students have been complaining). The order has been immediately complied with, and the Nazi patrols have been withdrawn.
