The Attorney General of Israel has ordered the filing of an appeal against the acquittal of two youths who were apprehended following the explosion of a bomb outside the home of the late Minister of Communications, David Zvi Pinkas.
The two men, Amos Kinan and Shaltiel Benyair were acquitted by a magistrate here for lack of evidence. No one was injured by the blast, and Mr. Pinkas died of natural causes some weeks afterwards.
