A memorandum has been received by the officers of the International Students’ Union in session here, protesting against the percentage norm as applied to Jewish admissions in universities, and deploring the anti-Jewish agitation throughout Eastern and Central Europe in which students are taking an active part. The memorandum comes from the World Union of Zionist Students’ Societies.
