Zeev Argaman, Haifa attorney, was today appointed counsellor to the Israel legation in Moscow, succeeding Aryeh Levavi, who will return here soon from the Soviet Union. Mr. Argaman will also act as the Israel commercial attache.
At the same time, appointment of Aryeh Rokach as second secretary of the Israel legation in the Soviet capital was made known here. He will also head the consular section of the legation and succeeds Aryeh Lapid, who will return to the Jewish state shortly. Israel Minister to Russia, Mordecal Namir, returned to his post in Moscow today, following a brief visit here.
